SHEZAIR sells handmade press-on nails. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

We strive to display our products accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Each set is handmade, so minor variations between sets are normal and part of the artisanal quality.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — we may cancel orders for any reason (e.g., inventory errors, suspected fraud).

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

5. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for details on delivery times and costs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on shezair.com — including designs, photos, text, and logos — is owned by SHEZAIR. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

SHEZAIR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
