Welcome to Shezair. Shezair is an independent handmade press-on nail studio based in Chongqing, China. By accessing or using shezair.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General

Shezair sells handmade press-on nails. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Product Information

We strive to display product photos, colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Because each set is handmade, small variations between sets may occur and are part of the handmade character. Each set includes 10 handmade press-on nails with application accessories unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless another currency is shown at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices, product availability, or product information when needed. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, or if fraud is suspected. If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify checkout and the available payment providers.

5. Shipping

Please see our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and customs. Orders are prepared and shipped from Chongqing, China.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details on return eligibility, exchanges, and refunds. Press-on nails are personal-use beauty items, so used or worn products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on shezair.com, including product photos, text, designs, graphics, and logos, belongs to Shezair or its content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shezair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
