What are SHEZAIR press-on nails?

Every SHEZAIR set is hand-painted in our small studio in Chongqing, China. We use studio-grade gel materials, hand-place 3D details, and finish each set with a professional gel top coat. No machines, no assembly line — just real people making real nails.

How long do they last?

With proper application, most customers get 1-2 weeks of wear. Some report up to 3 weeks. Longevity depends on your nail prep, application technique, and daily activities. We include nail glue and a mini file in every order to help you get the best result.

How do I choose the right size?

Each set comes in 4 sizes: XS, S, M, and L. We include a sizing guide in the product photos on every listing. Measure the width of each of your natural nails and match them to the closest size. Most people fit S or M. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up — you can always file the edges slightly.

Are SHEZAIR nails reusable?

Yes! With proper removal and storage, each set can be worn multiple times. Remove gently using warm water and nail oil (not acetone — that will damage the art). Store in the original box between uses.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on all orders — no minimum, no catch.

How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 2-5 business days since every set is made to order. International shipping takes approximately 10-14 business days (about 2 weeks). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

What is your return policy?

Since every set is handmade to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your nails, email us at qq1738403129@gmail.com and we will make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

Can I order custom designs?

We do not offer full custom designs at this time, but we are always open to hearing what you would like to see next. Reach out via our Contact page or email qq1738403129@gmail.com.

Are your nails safe? What materials do you use?

Yes. Our nails are made with non-toxic gel materials. No harsh chemicals. Vegan and cruelty-free — we do not test on animals and never will.

How do I apply them?

Each order includes nail glue and a mini file. Here is the quick process: (1) Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. (2) Gently file the surface of your natural nail. (3) Apply a thin layer of glue to the press-on nail. (4) Press firmly onto your natural nail and hold for 15-20 seconds. Avoid water for at least 1 hour after application for the best bond.

My package is delayed or lost. What do I do?
