Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy for all press-on nail purchases. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or worn press-on nails
  • Products with broken seals
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
