These terms apply to purchases and use of shezair.com. Shezair is hosted on Shopify; your purchase contract is with the studio operator, not Shopify.

Products and orders

We sell handmade press-on nails. Please check descriptions, sizing and care instructions before ordering. Minor handmade variations and differences in screen colour may occur; this does not excuse defects or material differences from the description. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details and use an authorised payment method. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items.

Prices and delivery

The checkout displays the final order total and currency before payment. All orders include free shipping. Import duties and taxes are covered by our delivery arrangements, with no additional import payment required from the customer. Production normally takes up to 48 hours; estimated delivery from ordering is 7–14 calendar days including production. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns and quality

Our Refund Policy explains voluntary returns, exchanges, quality-issue refunds and statutory withdrawal rights. Confirmed quality defects qualify for a full refund for the affected product without return. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory remedies for faulty goods or non-delivery.

Website use and content

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe others’ rights. Website content belongs to its respective rights holders; no ownership is transferred by using the site. Third-party services and websites may have their own terms.

Consumer protection and changes

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees and withdrawal rights. You retain any mandatory protection and access to courts available in your country of residence. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to existing orders.
