At SHEZAIR, we want you to love your press-on nails. If you are not completely satisfied, please review the policy below and contact us at qq1738403129@gmail.com.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in unused, original condition.
- All original packaging must be intact.
- Sealed nail sets must remain unopened for hygiene reasons.
- Items that have been worn, applied, opened, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened sealed nail sets, used press-on nails, damaged packaging caused after delivery, or custom/personalized items unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Return
- Contact us at qq1738403129@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and reply within 24-48 business hours.
- If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label by email.
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Address
The return address will be provided by email after your return request is approved. This helps us route your return to the correct processing location.
Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items caused by our error, return shipping or replacement shipping will be covered by SHEZAIR. For returns requested for personal reasons, return shipping responsibility may vary by destination and will be confirmed in the return approval email.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused items. Contact us at qq1738403129@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if an item is missing from your order, contact us immediately at qq1738403129@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution at no extra cost when the issue is confirmed.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are handmade to order, cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible after purchase. If your order has not started processing or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has entered production or shipment, it may no longer be cancellable.
