We primarily deliver to the United States and Europe. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 10–14 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The destination, carrier, customs, severe weather, and holiday periods may cause delays.

Free shipping and import charges

All orders ship free. Import duties and taxes are covered through our shipping arrangements; customers do not need to pay additional import charges on delivery. If a carrier requests payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.

Tracking and delivery issues

We provide tracking information when your order ships, when available. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact us promptly for corrections. If an order is lost, damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us with your order number and clear photos where applicable. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund where required. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
