We primarily deliver to the United States and Europe. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout.

Production and delivery

Orders are normally made within 48 hours. Estimated delivery is 7–14 calendar days from ordering, including production time, using air shipping. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs, holidays and carrier disruptions can cause delays. Contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated period.

Free shipping and import charges

All orders ship free. Import duties and taxes are covered through our shipping arrangements; customers do not need to pay additional import charges on delivery. If a carrier requests payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.

Tracking and delivery issues

We provide tracking information when your order ships. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact us promptly for corrections. If an order is lost, damaged or not delivered, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund where required. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
