REFUND POLICY

Returns and exchanges

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting support@shezair.com with your order number. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened, used, or worn press-on nail sets cannot be returned unless they are defective or your mandatory consumer rights apply.

The customer pays return shipping for non-quality-related returns. Contact us for return instructions before posting; returns are sent to China. This voluntary policy does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us at support@shezair.com with your order number and clear photos where applicable. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund. A return is not required for a confirmed quality issue unless we tell you otherwise.

EU/EEA and UK consumers

Where applicable distance-selling law provides a withdrawal right, you may notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to support@shezair.com identifying your order, name, and address. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You bear the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return; we do not charge a restocking fee. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop and may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We do not treat goods as exempt merely because they are handmade.

For a statutory withdrawal, we refund payments due, including standard outbound delivery charges if any, within 14 days of notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier. This withholding does not apply to confirmed quality-issue refunds that do not require a return. Any more protective mandatory local rights continue to apply.

Refund method and exchanges

Refunds are made to the original payment method, without a refund processing fee. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit. For exchanges, contact us to confirm availability and return arrangements. Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch; any applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Existing orders

These terms apply to new orders from September 16, 2026. Earlier orders retain the return terms applicable when purchased.
